Frequently Asked Questions:

What is a Risk-Free Trial? I thought this subscription was free but now I have received an invoice.
We provide a Risk-Free Trial offer for 30 days. This Risk-Free Trial is an opportunity for you to use the service without any obligation to pay or to continue. The subscription is set up and an invoice will arrive before the trial period is up; however, it is with the understanding that you still have the full 30 days to decide if it will be beneficial for you. If you choose not to continue, simply write “cancel” on the invoice (or call us) any time during the first 30 days and you will owe nothing. Should you decide to continue, simply pay the invoice and your service will continue.

I just signed up on the Web site. When will I receive my account number to log on?
If you paid by credit card, you will receive your account number along with your e-mailed credit card confirmation. If you checked the “bill me” option your account number will appear above your name on your first Drama Ministry packet.

Where can I find my account number?
Your account number will appear right above your name on an invoice or an issue’s package label.

I encountered an error logging onto the Web site.
If your account has been cancelled at your request or if your payment is sixty days past due, then your online access has been inactivated. If you encountered an error and your account is paid in full, simply call our toll-free number at 1-866-859-7622 and we will check your activation status.

Can I download scripts without being a subscriber?
No. You must be an active Drama Ministry subscriber to have full access to the online library of scripts. As a non-subscriber, you can order individual scripts for $12.95 each plus shipping and handling where applicable by calling our toll-free number: 1-866-859-7622.

When are the Drama Ministry issues mailed? What issue would I start with now?
When you start your Drama Ministry subscription, you are mailed our most current issue.

Drama Ministry produces eight issues per year:

January/February
March
April/May
June
July/August
September
October/November
December

Why haven’t I received my issue on time or at all?
The first issue of every subscription is sent by First Class Mail.   All subsequent issues of your subscription are sent by Bulk Mail. It is our understanding that Bulk Mail is dealt with at your local post office level, and regulated more locally than First Class Mail.

Therefore, if the address given for your account is correct and your subscription is active, you may want to check with your local post office about the criteria for their Bulk Mail delivery.

If you have checked with your local post office and you still have not received your packet, simply contact us at service@dramaministry.com.

I chose to be billed when I started the subscription instead of paying with a credit card. When will my bill arrive and when will it be due?
Your first invoice will arrive before your trial period is up and your payment or notice of cancellation is appreciated any time during the first 30 days.
For future billing: You will be billed annually, based on the month in which you began your service. If you began your subscription in April, the bill for your second year will be mailed the following April.

If you received a special offer to be billed quarterly (this option includes a shipping and handling charge), you will receive a bill once every three months based on the month in which your subscription began. Quarterly billing is simply an installment plan.

After your Risk-Free Trial period, your bills are due upon receipt. We appreciate your prompt payment in order to avoid past-due billing to your account.

I received my issue with scripts missing and/or damaged.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We will replace any missing or damaged items at no cost to you. Please contact us at service@dramaministry.com and give us the following information:

1. Your account number
2. The issue or item to be replaced
3. Confirmation of your shipping address

Can I return an issue for credit or refund?
No. Once an issue has been mailed, it cannot be returned for a credit or refund due to the nature of the product. Drama Ministry is a subscription service and although one issue may not suit your needs, you still have complete and FREE access to the online library of scripts at our Web site, www.dramaministry.com. The library of scripts includes material from every issue of Drama Ministry.

When does my subscription expire?
For your convenience, Drama Ministry is a continuous subscription service. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time simply by notifying us. Your current billing term is easily located on your bill: look under the amount due on your most recent invoice. For example, if you see “billed through 3/1/2005,” this means your account will be paid and current through March 2005 once your payment is received.

If I add payment information on your site, is it secure?
We’ve put appropriate security measures in place to protect you against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. The site is secured through TNWeb.

Our publications are written to be “doctrine free,” providing information about the Scriptures or church events, to which subscribers add their own doctrinal interpretations.
